FAQs about Orders, Deliveries:
We've got a team of awesome humans in our warehouse that pick, pack, and ship each order by hand.
Our Goal: to have your order tracking number emailed to you within 2-4 business days (priority shipping will go out before that). Quick heads up tho....it's the tracking number, not your order delivery itself.
If order changes need to be made, please make them ASAP by emailing hello@behavioraloutcome.com with your order # in the subject line.
If your order doesn't ship in 4-6 business days there is likely a problem with your shipping address, please check your spam folder as our customer service team will reach out if our shipping system tags your address as problematic. If you don't see anything, please email us asap at hello@behavioraloutcome.com
Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Tracking Numbers
Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 6 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.

Free Shipping?
We only offer free shipping over $99 for domestic orders in the United States. With international orders we are still subsidizing a large portion of the cost after you pay for shipping.
